Professional, clear, precise, and informative. A doctor who communicates with the patient not at him/her. Makes you feel comfortable and like a friend. His knowledge is shared and Dr. Dossey genuinely brings a natural caring personality to your treatment !

Happy, informative, productive and accommodating employees. Great atmosphere. 5 star customer service.But one huge blemish. No way to exit any of the guest bathrooms without touching the door handleunless you use your clothing.

Everything was explained to me very well. Good atmosphere! Dr Risner is a professional. My surgery went smooth and great! I have an existing eye condition and the catarac surgery has actualy improved my vision overall! I highly recommend Heaton in Longview. All the staff is friendly and helpful.
