The staff and Dr Brice are all great. Very friendly and helpful. Not so happy about getting charged an extra $45 for refraction test. Was told at checkout desk that insurance usually doesn't cover it. Would have been nice to have been told prior. Have never been charged this before.

Very professional! Everything was explained step by step. My comfort was a priority and was asked many times if I had any questions or concerns. Was even asked if I could be prayed over prior to going for the procedure. This meant more to me than they could ever imagine! I'm a religious man and I pray daily. So to be asked if I was ok with a prayer... I welcomed it with open arms and heart!!!
