Everyone from the office personnel through the Dr.s and their staff were top notch. However the off site scheduling office needs a lot of work. I dont think that they ever understood what I was calling about, they misscheduled my appointment, and coded it incorrectly. Very disappointed. I was there nearly two hours..

Follow-up appt. went smooth except for mix-up on appt. time (they said appt. was 1hour later than my paperwork); but they worked me in, Candice and Morgan were very nice and professional, answered all my questions, thanks-

My tech was awesome yesterday. She called me to get started before I could sit down in the waiting room. She updated my medical info and took the necessary photos of the inside of my eyes. She dilated my eyes and took me directly to the exam room where I only waited for Dr. Risner about 10 minutes. He reviewed my medical eye history and issues with me and looked in my eyes. He completed a new refraction and scheduled a new appointment in 1 year. He told me to call if I have any eye issues before new appointment.
