My daughter was very comfortable with Dr. Jones and on her day of surgery was very happy and confident the whole process. Everyone is great from start to finish!

Going to Heatons Longview office has always been a positive experience. They have been my eye care people for a number of years now. All the personnel are very pleasant and professional, from the reception area folks up to the doctor. Also, Theresa in the optical shop has been great at helping me pick out the right eyeglass frames whenever I choose to get new ones.

Much better experience the second time! Pediatric doctor was GREAT! Wait time was not as long and the staff made sure of that! Overall pleased with my experience!
