Very thorough, professional, and wonderful bedside manner. She listens first, and responds to questions completely. She achieves confidence with her patients very successfully, including me!

Dr. Carter explained everything to me clearly. She was professional and friendly. Electricity went out while I was there and doctor Carter didnt let that stop her from finishing my check up. Very professional and thorough.
