Dr Muirhead is patient and takes time to answer all your questions. In addition he is highly skilled. He has treated me for a number of years. I have trust in him.

I like eye doctors/exams like people enjoy the dentist. I have anxiety about the whole process. Its one reason I delayed my exam. I saw Heaton combined services in one building which is something I saw as a benefit as I have eye issues. My worst experience was with a female eye doctor. This was the best experience Ive had in over 50 years. Everyone was kind, caring, professional. Dr. Guenther was understanding, patient, caring and friendly. I let her know about my anxiety... no judgment. She took time at both appointments because she knew my eye history. She gave me options and let me make the decision, no pressure. I would highly recommend her and her team. I already have recommended her to others and will continue to do so.
