The staff is professional, polite, and very good at what they do.Dr. Carter is so incredibly gifted. She is brilliant and has a wonderful ability to connect with the patient. Im so thankful she is here in Athens.

I received outstanding service at Heaton Eye Associates, Longview,TX. The staff were patient friendly and very professional in their specific roles. I recommend this facility,staff, and Dr.David Risner for others who may need some type of eye care or surgery in the future .
