The entire staff at Heaton Eye Associates in Athens is amazing! I was seen by Heidi and Dr. Brice and both were phenomenal! The care and patience they have is great. Thank you!
Dr. Risner did a wonderful job removing my cataracts and replacing with crystal clear, top of the line lens. For the first time in my life, I can read the fine print and see small things. I can even drive without glasses or contacts. Heaton Eye Associates changed my life. After my second eye surgery, I bought a brand new pair of Maui Jim polarized sunglasses at the Heaton optician store, but I will never wear correctives lens again!

I highly recommend Dr.Dossey for eye care needs. The whole office is very professional and congenial with each patient. The office buzzes around like bees,each doing an assigned jobs to give the Queen Bee(King) his go for his last assessment for his patients. Really not slow but consistent with time,but waiting time can be running behind. Especially when there is an overload of patients waiting for their assigned time. My waiting time was way too long,not by the associated but waiting for the Doctor. He was way overloaded because Dr. Dossey always takes the time to hear his patients needs. So although the time was longer, I appreciated the personal touch Dr.Dossey gives his patients. My opinion would be, allowextra time for good advice from a super team and a good Doctor.
