Dr. Vincent was very personable. He took time to thoroughly explain the surgery process and answer questions. I felt very comfortable with the process after our appointment. Very impressed!

I saw Dr. Vincent for a cataract consultation and he caught signs of glaucoma. He did a great job of explaining everything.

Always have a good experience and a great outcome! My cataracts were removed by Dr. HARDIN. I cannot thank, the team at Heaton Eye Associates enough! Everyone went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. Having cataract surgery on both eyes has given me the best vision, that I have had in many years. Sorry that I waited so long. Be prepared to spend some time waiting. Patients are referred from all over Iowa and you are called in on a first come basis. The staff is very thorough interviewing and doing preliminary testing before seeing Dr. Vincent. They all told me what they were testing and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Vincent is very personable and didnt rush me along. After he explained my prescriptions and gave me a date for my next appointment, he asked if I had any further questions. He then helped me gather my belongings and we left the exam room together. You then go to the front desk and make your return appointment and any payment necessary.
