Love this eye clinic! All the staff are super friendly and extremely professional. Dr. Guenther takes time to explain any concerns.
Ive been going to Heatons for years now. I believe they are one of the premiere eyecare clinics in Tyler. I only canceled my last appointment because they said I have to wear a mask. I cant breathe through a mask, get a headache and light headed wearing one for very long and besides that, I have had COVID and am immune so theres no reason for me to wear one in the first place. Even the face shields are a problem for me. But while practically every one else has dropped the policy, including my primary care doctors office, Heatons in still holding to this outdated policy and I wont be coming back until its dropped.
