I must say Im giving this review not for myself, but for my wife who was treated so badly by the Tyler scheduling however we went to Athens Heston Eye Associates , Tyler had messed up our appointment,however the front desk representative for Heaton in Athens named Elizabeth was fantastic. She turned a very bad experience, totally around for us so this review is for Elizabeth at the front desk. She was fantastic. she was calm, professional, and kind!!!!!
