I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Vincent and his team. After suffering from severe eye pain and vision issues due to neovascular glaucoma, I was referred to his office for treatment. Was seen the next day and surgery 2 days later. I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. He took the time to explain my condition and helped me feel confident in choosing surgery.The procedure itself went smoothly, and the relief I felt afterward was unbelievable. Dr Vincent is not only highly skilled, but also kind and patienthe never made me feel rushed or dismissed. That means a lot when youre scared and hurting.His office staff was also wonderful ( Karla was awesome) professional, organized, and kind every step of the way. Whether it was scheduling (Wendy was great) follow-up care, or helping me understand my aftercare instructions, they went above and beyond. Thanks so much for HEARING ME when no one else would.
