The wait is extremely long. We were there 10 mins before scheduled and it took us 2:40 to finish. The staff is very sweet and I feel my daughter received a thorough exam. Just takes forever. Dr. Jones is young and has very big shoes to fill, but I think he is knowledgeable and caring Dr. I think he is an asset to Heaton eye associates.

I have gone to Heaton Eye since I moved to Texas 13 years ago. Went to Heaton Eye in Athens and Heaton Eye since I moved to Tyler. I am a diabetic and all these years they have kept a good eye on any changes that have occurred. Great doctors and staff. I have recommended them to people looking for a great place to go to.

Dr. Marshal is thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I have had many eye surgeries and I have complete confidence in him for my ongoing eye care.
