The Dr. Was very thorough. I ask him a lot of questions and he answer them for me. So if you need a eye doctor. Heaton Eye and Joel Thomas Muirhead. Are the ones to choose.

To be honest, since the move to your bigger office, the care experience seemed somewhat less personal, more regimented and sterile. The dr wasnt as informative and I didnt think he was a thorough. I will still be using Heaton Eye but I was a little disappointed with my last appointment.

Dr.Brice is an excellent, knowledgeable doctor. He made me feel very comfortable.

Alll staff that assisted me were very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The office appears to be well managed and patient friendly. I will continue to have my eye exams here!
