Excellent! My exam was completed in a timely manner and Dr. Muirhead answered all my questions! He was professional and personable! The staff was friendly as well. I would highly recommend Heaton Associates and Dr. Muirhead .

Great experience! Dr. Spindle was a fantastic surgeon and has a really good disposition which is important to me.Before and after photos. Still have a little swelling so should look even better in a couple of weeks.

Other than communications, they are great. I had my exam on February 5th. They said the billing clerk was busy and asked if they could call me back.. they never called back. I called a few times and was always told I would get a call back. It never happened! I finally went to the office where they finally scheduled my surgery for July 20 withe second eye eye on July 20th.Dr. Dossey and his staff were great! He even called after each surgery to check on me. To me, that was impressive. I would highly recommend Dr. Dossey!

Though my fathers condition was beyond their expertise, Dr Spindle and his staff were kind, courteous, and professional. I truly appreciate their honesty and would recommend them to anyone in need of the services they offer.

This team works as a well oiled machine. With my LASIK, I wanted to have confidence I was going through a standardized and routine process that had been seamlessly perfected. Heaton delivered and Im now seeing better than ever.
