Dr. Carter is an excellent doctor! She takes her time with me & explains everything so I understand. She is very thorough with the eye exam. She shows alot of concern & care. At one appointment, she even took time to pray for my husband & myself about a health issue he was having. I appreciated it so much! I tell everyone I know I would highly recommend Dr. Carter!! I am thankful she is my eye doctor.
