This was my second visit to Heaton Eye Center, my first time to see Dr. Carter. The majority of my eye exam was done by Abigail, a lovely, well trained, efficient and very personable assistant. Its really great to work with someone who likes their job, is interested in their patient and wants to be helpful, accurate, caring and informative. She would be a TERRIFIC eye doctor herself.Then I met Dr. Carter. I would say lovely and charming but she was much more than that, smart, caring, interested, informative.This practice is so professional, well run and efficient, they are what a medical office should be.

Had a very positive experience, all the people were very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Vincent was very personable and knowledgeable as well. I was very pleased with his assessment and treatment plan for me.
