Husband had cataract surgery on both eyes 2 weeks apart. Dr Nickel and staff very perfessional. loved that Dr Nickel prayed with husband for surgery. was a very postive experience.

I can not recommend Heaton Eye Associates enough. From my very first visit everyone was knowledgeable, efficient, AND friendly-they all made me feel right at ease. Dr. Risner answered all my questions thoroughly and walked me through the process step by step. I was able to schedule my surgery to fit my needs and it was the best decision Ive ever made. The day of my surgery I received exceptional service, from the time I walked in the door, I even got.a follow up call to make sure I was doing well. Dr. Risner walked me through every movement of the procedure both before, so I would know what to expect, and during the procedure. It was exactly as he described and it went by so fast, it was over within a few minutes. Within a day of the surgery, my vision improved from terrible to 20/15, with no glasses or contacts needed. Post care has been phenomenal, with all my questions about caring for my new vision answered before I could even ask! I am extremely pleased with the entire service and the results, and Im certain that I couldnt have made a better choice of provider.
