Great experience with having cataract surgery at Heaton Eye Associates. Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional from check in to check out. Everything was well explained and every need was anticipated. I highly recommend Heaton Eye and Dr David Risner.I was also very impressed that Dr. Risner called to check on me the night after my surgery.

The wait is extremely long. We were there 10 mins before scheduled and it took us 2:40 to finish. The staff is very sweet and I feel my daughter received a thorough exam. Just takes forever. Dr. Jones is young and has very big shoes to fill, but I think he is knowledgeable and caring Dr. I think he is an asset to Heaton eye associates.
