Super friendly, efficient staff. Not to say anything bad about the Heaton office in Longview, but in every way it was a better experience than my three years of visits there. I will be sticking with the Tyler office since I have to go every six months. Emily Marsh OD was great. Also, the person (I can't remember her name) in the glasses area was so much nicer. She didn't act like it offended her that I wanted to know my pupillary distance because I buy my round glasses online. If they carried frames like that, I would've bought them there. Kudos to the one who did my vision testing, as well. She checked things no other optometrist ever has.
