I found the staff very helpful and friendly. I found Dr. Dossey professional, thorough and communicative regarding the details of my exam. I am so happy I decided to change to Heaton for I much preferred experience.

Dr Marshall is awesome. He has done a great job of figuring out my strange eye problem. He not only came into the clinic the Sunday back in January to examine my eye, he has worked with my other doctors to continue to investigate the problem.That is dedication.

Everyone on the staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Dr. Nickel has been my eye doctor for quite a few years and that in itself speak volumes! He is friendly, personable, thorough and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Nickel and Heaton Eye Associates!
